Manner of service of orders.—An order or notice under these rules shall be served on the licensee of an explosives magazine to whom it is addressed by delivering it to him personally, by registered post with acknowledgement due at the address specified in Form VII, or by electronic mail at the address furnished by him; and the Superintendent of Police shall record the manner and the date of service within seven days of the service.
