Surrender of certificate.—Every licensee who ceases to carry on the sale of excisable articles shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of West Bengal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form D of the manner in which every sample held by him has been disposed of.
