Application for registration.—Every recipient of foreign contribution carrying on the receipt of foreign contribution shall make an application for registration to the Reserve Bank in Form ANF-4A, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every foreign exchange held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for seven days from that date.
