Application for registration.—Every displaced person carrying on the allotment of property to a displaced person shall make an application for registration to the Land Acquisition Officer in Form 5, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one hundred rupees and a statement of every plan of the land held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for three hundred and sixty-five days from that date.
