Application for registration.—Every courier service provider carrying on the carriage of documents and parcels shall make an application for registration to the Registrar of Chits in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every goods held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for twenty-one days from that date.
