Intimation of change.—Every builder of a group housing scheme shall intimate to the Rent Controller, in Form D and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Rent Controller shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
