Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the travel agent shall apply to the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer in Form D for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred and fifty rupees, and the Foreigners Regional Registration Officer shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
