Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any contractor engaged in a mine dies, his legal representative shall, within one hundred and eighty days of the death, intimate the death to the District Mineral Foundation in Form A, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every sample of ore then held; and the District Mineral Foundation shall enter the intimation in the register within thirty days of its receipt.
