Rule 26, Maharashtra Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Fees) Rules, 2016 [S9F-357]

Correction of entries.—The Chief Inspector may, on an application made in Form VIII by any occupier or of its own motion, correct any clerical or arithmetical error in the register or in a certificate of registration, after giving notice of not less than forty-five days to any person likely to be affected by the correction.
