Intimation of change.—Every document writer shall intimate to the Inspector General of Registration, in Form C and within one hundred and twenty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Inspector General of Registration shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of five rupees.
