Surrender of certificate.—Every immediate employer who ceases to carry on the execution of work for a principal employer shall, within twenty-one days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Standing Committee in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 9 of the manner in which every wage record held by him has been disposed of.
