Rule 4, Water Resources Department (Additional Assistant Engineer) Recruitment Rules, 2016 [S9E-Q1X]

Method of recruitment, age limit and other qualifications.—The method of recruitment to the post of Additional Assistant Engineer in the Water Resources Department, Government of the National Capital Territory of Delhi shall be fifty per cent. by direct recruitment and fifty per cent. by promotion; the age limit for direct recruits shall be thirty-two years, relaxable for Government servants up to five years in accordance with the instructions or orders issued by the Government from time to time; and the essential qualification shall be a diploma in the relevant discipline from a recognised institution with five years' experience.
