Surrender of certificate.—Every port authority who ceases to carry on the working of a port shall, within fourteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Conservator of the Port in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form 5 of the manner in which every berth held by him has been disposed of.
