Application for registration.—Every port authority carrying on the working of a port shall make an application for registration to the Conservator of the Port in Form 1, within fourteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five thousand rupees and a statement of every port clearance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
