Application for registration.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit carrying on reconnaissance operations shall make an application for registration to the Mining Tribunal in Form A, within fifteen days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees and a statement of every mining lease held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fifteen days from that date.
