Surrender of certificate.—Every holder of a reconnaissance permit who ceases to carry on reconnaissance operations shall, within fifteen days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Mining Tribunal in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form G of the manner in which every mineral held by him has been disposed of.
