Intimation of change.—Every proprietor shall intimate to the Registrar of Geographical Indications, in Form TM-A and within ninety days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty thousand rupees.
