Intimation of change.—Every person holding an authorisation shall intimate to the Digital Communications Commission, in Form A and within thirty days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Digital Communications Commission shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one lakh rupees.
