Safe custody.—Every operator of a passport service centre shall keep every arrival card to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the running of a passport service centre is carried on, shall record in Form A the description of every arrival card so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Immigration Officer within seven days of the close of each year.
