Application for registration.—Every operator of a passport service centre carrying on the running of a passport service centre shall make an application for registration to the Immigration Officer in Form B, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of two thousand rupees and a statement of every registration certificate held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for one hundred and eighty days from that date.
