Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a ferry who ceases to carry on the operation of a ferry shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Canal Officer in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form B of the manner in which every reservoir held by him has been disposed of.
