Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the registered person shall apply to the Board in Form GST DRC-03 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of two hundred rupees, and the Board shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
