Safe custody.—Every lessee of defence land shall keep every pass to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the holding of defence land on lease is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every pass so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment within three days of the close of each year.
