Surrender of certificate.—Every lessee of defence land who ceases to carry on the holding of defence land on lease shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form F of the manner in which every lease deed held by him has been disposed of.
