Maintenance of premises.—Every lessee of defence land shall keep the premises where the holding of defence land on lease is carried on in a clean and orderly condition, shall provide for every licence kept there a place set apart for its safe keeping, shall not use the premises for any purpose incompatible with the holding of defence land on lease, and shall furnish to the Chief Executive Officer of the Cantonment in Form B, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, a plan of the premises showing the place so set apart.
