Safe custody.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall keep every arrival card to which these rules apply in a receptacle or place reserved for the purpose at the premises where the sponsoring of a visa applicant is carried on, shall record in Form C the description of every arrival card so kept and the date on which it was received, and shall furnish a copy of the record to the Government of Andhra Pradesh within ninety days of the close of each year.
