Conditions of registration.—Every sponsor of a visa applicant shall carry on the sponsoring of a visa applicant only at the premises specified in the certificate of registration, shall keep every declaration of renunciation in his possession in a safe and proper manner and separately from anything of a different description, shall produce every such declaration of renunciation for inspection on request by the Protector of Emigrants, and shall not part with the certificate of registration to any other person.
