Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the sponsor of a visa applicant shall apply to the Government of Andhra Pradesh in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees, and the Government of Andhra Pradesh shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within ninety days of the application.
