Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the keeper of a village shop shall apply to the Zila Parishad in Form 3 for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees, and the Zila Parishad shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within fourteen days of the application.
