Application for registration.—Every keeper of a village shop carrying on the keeping of a village shop shall make an application for registration to the Zila Parishad in Form 3, within forty-five days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every muster roll held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
