Surrender of certificate.—Every keeper of an old age home who ceases to carry on the running of an old age home shall, within ninety days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form V of the manner in which every register of deaths held by him has been disposed of.
