Application for registration.—Every keeper of an old age home carrying on the running of an old age home shall make an application for registration to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form VIII, within sixty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one thousand rupees and a statement of every marriage register held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
