Intimation of change.—Every keeper of an old age home shall intimate to the Government of Uttar Pradesh, in Form VI and within seven days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of two hundred rupees.
