Transfer of registration.—A certificate of registration shall not be transferable: Provided that where any keeper of an old age home dies, his legal representative shall, within twenty-one days of the death, intimate the death to the Government of Uttar Pradesh in Form I, surrender the certificate of registration to it and furnish a statement of every certificate then held; and the Government of Uttar Pradesh shall enter the intimation in the register within one hundred and twenty days of its receipt.
