Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a public assembly who ceases to carry on the holding of a public assembly shall, within forty-five days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Superintendent of Police in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every cartridge held by him has been disposed of.
