Intimation of change.—Every organiser of a public assembly shall intimate to the Superintendent of Police, in Form IV and within fourteen days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Superintendent of Police shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of one thousand rupees.
