Rule 9, Rajasthan Mines and Minerals (Development and Regulation) Act, 1957 (Inspection) Rules, 2015 [S9D-A7J]

Validity and renewal of certificate.—A certificate of registration shall be valid for a period of three years from the date of its issue and may be renewed for a like period on an application made in Form TM-A not less than ninety days before its expiry, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees; and the Registrar of Geographical Indications shall record the renewal on the certificate and return it to the authorised user of a geographical indication within fourteen days of the renewal.
