Surrender of certificate.—Every organiser of a beauty contest who ceases to carry on the holding of a beauty contest shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the State Commission for Women in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form VI of the manner in which every order held by him has been disposed of.
