Application for registration.—Every proprietor of a shooting range carrying on the running of a shooting range shall make an application for registration to the Superintendent of Police in Form VI, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of fifty rupees and a statement of every explosive substance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for sixty days from that date.
