Application for registration.—Every cyber cafe operator carrying on the running of a cyber cafe shall make an application for registration to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form G, within one hundred and eighty days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of one lakh rupees and a statement of every grievance held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for ninety days from that date.
