Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the cyber cafe operator shall apply to the Cyber Appellate Tribunal in Form F for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Cyber Appellate Tribunal shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
