Surrender of certificate.—Every third party administrator who ceases to carry on the servicing of health insurance policies shall, within one hundred and twenty days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Central Government in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form IRDA-2 of the manner in which every register held by him has been disposed of.
