Clause 2, Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage (Dispute Control) Order, 2014 [S9A-T51]

Definitions.—In this Order, unless the context otherwise requires,— (a) "Act" means the Rajasthan Irrigation and Drainage Act, 1954 (Rajasthan Act 21 of 1954); (b) "user of water for industry" means a person carrying on the use of water for industry; (c) "canal" means a canal received, held or disposed of by a user of water for industry in the course of the use of water for industry; (d) "Form H" means the form so numbered in the Schedule; (e) words and expressions used herein and not defined but defined in the Act shall have the meanings respectively assigned to them in the Act.
