Periodical return.—Every food laboratory carrying on the analysis of food shall furnish to the Referral Laboratory, within twenty-one days of the close of each year, a return in Form H of every licence received, held and disposed of during that year, and shall preserve a copy of the return for thirty days from the date on which it is furnished.
