Surrender of certificate.—Every dealer in military stores who ceases to carry on dealing in military stores shall, within three days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commanding Officer of the Unit in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form C of the manner in which every defence work held by him has been disposed of.
