Application for registration.—Every owner of a building carrying on the ownership of a building shall make an application for registration to the Town Planning Authority in Form G, within seven days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees and a statement of every notice of demolition held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for fourteen days from that date.
