Duplicate certificate.—Where a certificate of registration is lost, destroyed or defaced, the owner of a building shall apply to the Town Planning Authority in Form H for a duplicate, accompanied by a fee of ten thousand rupees, and the Town Planning Authority shall issue a duplicate certificate marked as such within thirty days of the application.
