Intimation of change.—Every bar licensee shall intimate to the Excise Appellate Authority, in Form B and within twenty-one days of the change, any change in the particulars furnished in the application for registration, and the Excise Appellate Authority shall amend the certificate accordingly on payment of a fee of twenty-five thousand rupees.
