Application for registration.—Every bar licensee carrying on the sale of liquor for consumption on the premises shall make an application for registration to the Excise Appellate Authority in Form H, within twenty-one days of the commencement of these rules, accompanied by a fee of five hundred rupees and a statement of every bottle held by him on the date of the application, and shall keep a copy of the application and of the statement for thirty days from that date.
