Surrender of certificate.—Every operator of a metro railway who ceases to carry on the working of a metro railway shall, within seven days of such cessation, surrender the certificate of registration to the Commissioner of Railway Safety in person or by registered post, and shall inform it in Form E of the manner in which every wagon held by him has been disposed of.
